I bought two of the "Deluxe" Chock & Locks. Each of the two times I used the pair (they both were defective after the second use) I found them very difficult to place with enough tension to operate. The "Lock" function is a joke as well. Save your money use a rock.

We've found it's difficult to get the chock tight enough to keep the trailer from moving yet still be able to set the lever. The wife finds it impossible. They may work better on trailers with lots of room between the tires so the chock develops more power with less effort. It's also pretty easy to pinch yourself handling the thing unless you're careful to keep the tire contact plates held together.
