Heavy-duty flannel-backed vinyl reflects heat and light and repels liquids. To determine correct size, measure tire diameter from tread edge to tread edge, across center of wheel cover. NOTE: All 19.5" wheels require #21648. Add 1"-2" to diameter for protruding wheel covers.

These covers work good. They fit well and are not too bad to install. When installing you have to get on your hand and knees because you have to run the cord behind the tire. The major flaw I have found is the first time I took them off the reinforcement ring for the cord ripped out of two of the four covers. Other than that I am happy with them.
