Ten elegant Multi-Colored prismatic shatter-proof globes diffuse light from standard light bulbs up to 60 watts (bulbs not included). Heavy-duty white coiled cord resists tangling. I live these lights, I do a lot of cooking on a campfire and they are bright enough to cook by even in the dark of the woods. I only wish I could buy a dimmer, so I made one. Now they are perfect for cooking and for eating by candle light

The lights are great, after reading other reviews about them being too bright, I made up a short extension cord with a weather proof box with a 600watt dimmer switch in it. Using 10 40 watt clear bulbs I'm able to adjust the lights as bright or as dim as I wish. Now they're great for setting up up camp after dark and dimming them real low for a relaxing mood.

Great Potential

I ordered these lights for our awning. I had to try 4 times to make the transaction go through. When my transaction finally went through Camping World did not count my $50 gift card towards the transaction so I ended up paying full price. I got the shipment very fast and was please with that. I opened them and found that the ceramic around the light bulb sockets was broken on one of the lights so I fixed that with super glue. I installed 40w bulbs and I agree that a smaller watt bulb would do the trick. The hooks that are meant for the top of the lights were too small so I had to go back out and buy $12.00 worth of the right size cup hooks. After all that was done I finally could try out the lights and they look awesome. They are so festive looking! They do not appear to be very durable. I am going to store them in a plastic tote so the won't get all banged up. Overall I like the look just dissapointed in the quality.

These patio lights are excellent. We are thinking of ordering another set for our second patio. But this time the 6 light set as we don't need quite so much light at the second one. Very pleased with the look and ease of installation. Would have preferred a green or brown cord for less visibility.
