This tension rafter extends from awning rail to roller tube to help water drain off the fabric, helping prevent fabric rupture from accumulating water. The center support helps prevent sagging when the awning is extended. The storage cradle supports the awning during travel.

pretty easy to install keeps awning from bowing in the middle .My awning was 20 feet in length and always had a problem bowing and saging and I was always afraid to leave the awning up during rain storms now no problems
