Good idea for putting a rope light along the arm of our awning. Wife and I had tried several fasteners including wooden clothes pins but this is the best. Ordering was easy and shipping very fast.

These seem strong enough to securely hold an extension cord or patio light wiring, but I wonder how long they might last after they weather. Time will tell. Certainly not expensive at all even if you have to replace after a few years.
