Works great, Just like the directions say, spray on work in with a nylon brush and hose off.

This product is a waiste of money. You could use a mild soap and get the roof cleaner than this stuff. I used this and scrubbed the roof and still didn't take of much. I used a soap and it came much cleaner! Don't bother with this product!
