Worked great

Using the anchor kit and awning clamps we camped 4 days on the gulf coast with a strong on-shore wind. No noise, flapping or any problems. The biggest problem was finding a spot to screw in the anchors - the park had used large gravel to firm up the sand.

These anchors work very well, even in high winds. A good insurance for RV awnings.

This anchor kit would work perfectly if the straps would stay taught. I purchased this because of the quick disconnect feature, but it turns out that this same feature allows the straps to slacken when tension is forced on them. Still trying to work out a way of securing the straps in the quick connect clip which I'm thinking will be troublesome to loosen if needed unfortunately.
