I bought the new awning and the hardware. It was pretty easy to put on, a lot easier once I removed the gutter and sanded the sharp edges down. Spray the inside of the track with some wd40 or dish soap (this made it slide very easy). Also you will need three people to put it on. Follow the directions to a tee, the coiled awning has steps that have too be done before releasing. Love the looks of it!
