Very easy to replace old latch, fit exactly in previous screw holes. Only took a couple of minutes.

Plastic does get brittle with age and it was great that Camping World carries these Latches. I ended up creating new holes since after 13 years the ones on our Holiday Rambler walls had become enlarged. The new latches went in real quick and work just right.
