The only thing lacking on this control center is a component output (yellow, red, and white RCA tipped cables) to input to my DVD recorder (or anything else fairly modern). The DVD loop allows the DVD recorder to input to the controller via the component cables; but, there is no way to connect the controller to the input of the recorder, or any thing else with only the component connectors. The output connections shown on the controller only output the DVD signal to another device (such as a TV), nothing else.

This is the second one that I have bought so they must go out often. The warehouse was out of stock so I had someone close to a store buy it and then ship it to me. I guess that review is for Camping World. The control works good and is designed well.

Very pleased with this switch box bought it one year ago. It allows you to connect every source (satellite, cable, antenna, DVD) and watch on up to 3 TVs at once. I connected an RF modulator to convert the Jensen 970 DVD/radio to coax in order to view a DVD on any/all TVs via switch box. I removed the stock 12volt antenna amplifier and used those power wires for the switch box to power the antenna. Does require some basic understanding of connections and wiring. With some patience and planning this will drastically improve your TV viewing options.

The 5th wheel we purchased had no Video Switcher and pretty much forced you to watch in the bedroom whatever was in the living area. In addition I wanted to run a line for an outdoor tv so the Video Control Center w/DVD Loop was what I hoped would do the trick. I purchased it in spite of the other review here since I had never heard his complaint anywhere else. Well it arrived today and the first step was to remove my 5th wheels Winegard Amplified Wall Power Supply. Since the antenna now receives its power from the video control center it is no longer neccesary. This also gave me access to the Antenna cable, Cable TV cable & Bedroom tv cable.I will say the directions that come with the control center may be somewhat lacking in some details but when properly hooked up it works as it is supposed to. I'll now be a more happy camper.
