First of all, my experience with Camping World was amazing! Friendly, prompt, and as advertised! The lid rack is a great space saving concept and moves in and out of the cupboard smoothly. My only complaint is that you install the tracks 2 inches back from cupboard opening so when installed you actually lose the use of the back 4 inches of the rack in a small cupboard as it does not pull all the way out.
