This chair is marvelous, well, one problem. The bar at the front where the feet hang, this bar is not stationary, which when you go to sit has a tendency to jump out of the hole it has to fix in the leg.

Got this for my 6' 4 husband. He loves not falling in to a hole when he sits down. Only complaint is the foot bar across front pops off the pin with any movement of the chair. Very irritating! Currently using Velcro to hold it while in use.

I had been looking for this chair for a year and bought it because it went on sale. With my arthritic knees I can just back up to the chair and sit down and then get up without a lot of strees on my knees.___Yes the bar design is bad because it has no retention mechanism and just movement in the chair causes the bar to come off. I solved the problem by puting a hook-and-loop (Velcro) wrap around the leg and over the bar. Keeps it in place till I undo it. Works! ____Do wish they had a left-hand version available which could be done with a mod to the tray and a reverse assembly of the legs.--- Height of chair is great for watching Dog Agility trials.

The Tall Directors Chair fits me. I am a tall guy and I love it. I have used on a three week camping trip. It has a bar for your feet. I have had no problem with it. We Have a Pop Up Camper. It is too big to fit in the camper. It rides in the back of my pick up

The other reviews have pretty much said it all. The chairis tall. That is exactly what I wanted. It is alsocomfortable and seems to be well built. My one concern, as some others have mentioned, is with the pin that holds the foot rest in place. It is plasticand has already started to bend outward. I expect it to not last long at which time I will devise another way to secure the bar.Overall I am pleased with the purchase and got what I was expecting with the order.

I bought the chair several months ago and found the chair just the right height to get in and out of. The only problem I had was the rubber groumet holding the peg for the footrest. It fell out each time I went to fold it up. This was easly taken care of by drilling a small hole in the pipe and inserting a small screw. Love the table.

Good chair for tall and big people like me. Just backup to it and sit down. Had problem with the peg the foot rest connected to. The rubber foot on the peg kept coming out.

I purchased this chair as my husband was having hip surgery and I wanted something easy in and easy out. This filled the bill! It's easy to set up and put away and is comfortable. The little side table is convenient. The seat is firm which is a plus, no more struggling to get in and out of the bucket type camp chairs.
