This filtration system was purchased along with a portable water softener. It is designed for outside use so you will most likely have a few leaks around the hose connections. I used plumbing tape at all the hose connections and installed this in the storage compartment of my rv with the softener. No leaks. Noticable difference in the taste of water for the better. Good water pressure thoughout the camper. Recommended for those who are concerned about the water they drink, cook or make ice with.
