Pet Doors

You can train both cats and dogs to use a pet door; however, you actually have to install one if you want it used. At home that is a simple matter, as long as you have a fenced yard. Teach your pet how to use the door and you won’t have to let them in and out all day long. If you are camping, it can still be managed, if you have an enclosed patio canopy or you fence the area around your camper.

As long as the door to your camper or RV is fairly solid, you can mount a pet door to it. The process is relatively simple; all you have to do is cut out a hole and place the frame of the pet door into the hole securely. Remember to lock the pet door at night so you don’t get any unexpected visitors.
