CAMPING WORLD'S "GRILL FEST RECIPE CONTEST" RULES 1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION The Camping World Grill Fest Recipe contest (the "Contest") is open solely to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. The Contest begins on June 19, 2005 and ends July 10, 2005. The Contest is sponsored by CWI, Inc., Bowling Green, KY. 2. HOW TO ENTER All entries must be submitted on an Official Entry Form which may be obtained at participating Camping World locations in the states of MN, IL, IN, MI, OH, NY, NJ, VA, KY, TN, TX, OK, SC, NC, LA, AL, FL, WA, OR, UT, CO, CA, NV and AZ or by visiting www.campingworld.com/recipes and printing out an Official Entry Form. Submit your completed official entry form, along with your ingredients, recipe and instructions on how to prepare it in 100 words or less via one of two (2) methods. Drop your entry in specially marked boxes at a participating Camping World location by close of business on July 10, 2005. Send an envelope containing your official entry, with sufficient postage, postmarked by July 10, 2005 to: Camping World Grill Fest Recipe Contest P.O. Box 480070 Charlotte, NC 28269. Mail-in entries must be received by July 22, 2005. All entries and recipes become the property of CWI, Inc and will not be acknowledged or returned. CWI, Inc. assumes no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, illegible, mutilated or postage due entries. Entry into the contest constitutes consent to be added to Camping World and related companies direct mail and Internet marketing database. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. 3. WINNER SELECTION Entries will be judged by August 1, 2005 by a panel of independent judges whose decisions are final in all respects. Recipe entries will be judged on the following criteria: (1) originality (2) clarity of instructions (3) creativity and (4) ease of preparation. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail by August 12, 2005. 4. PRIZES One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: one (1) $1,000 Camping World merchandise certificate. Approx. Retail Value of Grand Prize (ARV) $1,000. Three (3) First Prize Packages will be awarded, each of which include one (1) $100 cash equivalent gift certificate to Omaha Steaks and one (1) Weber Baby Q Portable Gas Grill (Camping World catalog item# 27204). Approx. Retail Value of each First Prize Package (ARV) $244.43. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, as well as sales tax and any fees and/or expenses incurred in claiming and using prize. Omaha Steaks cash equivalent gift certificates can be redeemed at omahasteaks.com, Omaha Steaks retail stores, or catalog order, but are only valid for the purchase of discounted items and packages. No cash alternative to any prize is offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. 5. ELIGIBILITY This Contest is open only to all legal U.S. residents and residents of domestic U.S. Military Installations who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees and their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) of CWI, Inc. (the Sponsor), its affiliates or subsidiaries, its advertising agencies, its promotional partners and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this promotion. Recipe submitted must be original and the sole property of the person submitting it and cannot have been previously published or have won prizes. Void in Puerto Rico, or wherever prohibited or restricted by law. 6. GENERAL Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Judges which are final in all matters pertaining to this Contest. All federal, state and local laws apply. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release, where legal. These documents must be submitted within 14 days of attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for CWI, Inc. to use winner's name, voice and or likeness for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. By participating in the Contest, participants and winners release Sponsor and its parents, partners, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest from and against any and all liability with claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the Contest or the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize, or while preparing for or participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize related activity. 7.
