I broke down at a rest stop heading West on 70 in Ohio 6miles from Indiana. It was night and in the country, so I didn't know what city I was in, however, I provided the RoadCare assistant with the Rest Area number and my GPS coordinates, hoping they had some sort of mapping system that would locate me. The assistant told me to get ask someone around me where I was. I was surrounded by semis. I wasn't going to knock on any doors. She had also informed me that the scooter I had on a hitch rack would be towed at my expense. I hung up and called back to talk to a different rep. She still had trouble locating me but asked if she could take some time and call me back. When she called back she had me located and also told me that the last rep was mistaken when she said I would be charged for the scooter. My experience went from bad to good on the phone. I was pretty frustrated with the first rep, but I'm relieved something worked out.

Been a member now for nine years now. I have had to call on their services 4 times and each time they got me out of a jam that would of cost me valuable holiday time. I live and travel all across in Canada worry free. Traveling and camping alone I always feel safe knowing that they are only a toll free call away from any help that I would need.

October 20th 2007 my wife and I were traveling through Connecticut when a tire on our 5th wheel blew out. I needed a tire service that could breakdown a rim and remount a tire. At this point I still had AAA coverage and decided to give them one last chance. After calling AAA and being rejected because AAA does not cover that type of service I called Camping World Roadside Service, which I had purchased just four days before. The roadside service representative understood all the technical problems that are associated with RVs unlike AAA. Both Camping World Roadside Service and the service provider were courteous and professional. Within 45 minutes I had a tire service on site and remounting a tire. I would recommend that everyone should get rid of AAA and get this service.
