We’ll do our best to obtain the replacement parts you need to keep your RV equipment in proper working order. When calling our Technical Service Advisors, it’s necessary that you provide as much detail as possible regarding the part you’re looking for, including:
- Manufacturer Name of Product
- Model number of Product
- Part number (if available)
- Approximate Age of the Product (sometimes parts become obsolete or get replaced with updated models)
- Any additional information that you can obtain will be helpful for our advisors to obtain the proper part.
Delivery Time
Please note that in most cases special order parts are not stocked and our warehouses, and must be shipped directly from our suppliers. Delivery times are different for each of our suppliers and could range anywhere from 1 week up to 12 weeks depending upon availability. Advisors will be able to provide you with a better delivery estimate at the time the order is placed.
Cost
Please note that each supplier has different policies regarding orders for individual replacement parts. To be fair to all, we pass on all costs we might incur on your behalf when ordering individual replacement parts. Sometimes the same part may be available at more than one supplier. Rest assured that our Advisors will work on your behalf to find the lowest possible retail price on your replacement part.
Payment
Payment for Special Order parts is due at the time the order is placed regardless of the length of time required for the supplier to ship the part directly to you. Special order parts are ordered specifically for you, and therefore are not returnable and are non-refundable.
NOTE: Due to variations in call volumes, longer hold times may occur. Calls are answered in the order they are received. Special training is required for our advisors to become certified for this service. Therefore, staffing in this position is limited. We will do our best to serve your needs in a timely fashion.
