Step stool provides additional safety in an RV

An RV is a great way to travel across the country, but most motorhomes are high off of the ground. For families with small children and pets, this can pose a safety hazard without the proper stepping device in place.

For travelers who want to give themselves a boost, the 2-Height Platform Step is the perfect item. This product can be used as a single step or folded upward to form two steps to provide up to eight-and-a-half inches in height. It can hold up to 500 pounds in weight.

"[It is] just the right height between the ground and the first RV step," wrote one Camping World customer. "Eliminate backing off of or twisting around your first RV step to lock or unlock your fifth wheel entry door. [It is] one of my best investments ... and the size is perfect for your safety and convenience."

Four steel rails are included to provide extra stability for users. They also prevent sagging that may occur with other step stools over time. The 2-Height Platform Step is 16 inches wide, which gives travelers enough room to walk up and down without sacrificing safety.
