Jayco sticks to humble beginnings in the RV industry

There are many companies to choose from when shopping for an RV. However, not all of them are dedicated to satisfying consumers' needs. Even the latest accommodations and gadgets can't make up for good, hearty customer service. One company that acknowledges this is Jayco.

Jayco, which has been in business since 1968, has quickly become one of the most renowned RV manufacturers in the country. The company is known for its top-notch vehicles and its ability to satisfy customers' needs, no matter what they may be.

Lloyd Bontrager started Jayco on his farm with his wife. At the time, he only had a handful of employees to help him manufacture RVs, but Bontrager stuck by his goal to continue to enhance the camping experience. After quickly growing in popularity, Jayco reached its objective: to make traveling in an RV more enjoyable.

Today, Jayco has more than 1,600 employees and 25,000 customers that it likes to consider its "extended family." The company continues to produce a wide range of RVs, including travel trailers and fifth wheels. Campers know that there is only one place to buy an RV from a company that has stuck to its humble beginnings: Jayco.
