“The CanCooker was easy to use, quick setup and cleanup. The quality of the food that was prepared in the CanCooker was great. We tried our Famous Low Country Boil and it was fantastic. It really helps hold in the flavor. The CanCooker exceeded my expectations; our Boil usually takes an hour to boil in my steel pot. This unit was boiling in about 25 minutes; we had to adjust the flame. In the CanCooker the boil was complete in about 50 minutes. I believe the way the unit cooks is similar to that of a pressure cooker. It really helps seal the flavor in. The carrying bag supplied works well, great for traveling. The handles on the side are strong. When I removed from the burner they were not real hot. We should get many years of service from this unit. Aluminum construction is smart, very easy maintenance.
