It's not uncommon for RV owners to decorate their vehicles with rope lights and string lights to impress their campground neighbors. However, keeping these lights on for an extended period of time can be problematic, especially when you're trying to conserve electricity.

One way to make sure that you're not using too much energy is to create little reminders for yourself to turn the lights and and off accordingly. But who wants to keep track of alarms and little sticky notes? Now, there's an easier way to make sure your decorative lights aren't wasting electricity: the Outdoor Timer.

"We like to have rope lights hanging from our awning for the evening," wrote one Camping World customer. "With the timer we can leave the lights on to light up our campsite. Set the timer, go to bed and the lights will turn off automatically."
