Virtual outdoor hospitality expo announces key dates

Interest in a first-of-its-kind virtual convention for the outdoor hospitality industry has been positive so far, according to Campground Expo, which is producing the show.

RVBusiness reports that show producers of the Virtual Outdoor Hospitality Expo say that at least 100 supporting businesses in the hospitality industry have verbally committed to either attending or sponsoring the event, which is slated for November 1 through November 3.

Exhibitors who book their booths before March 31 will receive an early bird special rate of $500. After that, the price will increase to $600. The producers point out that the booth fee is the only cost associated with exhibiting at the expo, since it is all online and can be accessed from any computer.

Attendee registration is targeted to begin in mid-April. There will not be a charge to attend the expo. Each registrant will receive a distinct attendee number and password that can be reused as often as the attendee wishes during the event and in the months that follow.

The expo will target RV parks, campgrounds, resorts, lodging cabin parks, marinas, state and national parks, dude ranches, outfitters and guiding companies, canoeing, paddlesports, fishing and hunting camps.
