More and more travelers are bringing their pets with them when they hit the road. The Travel Industry Association of America (TIA) recently reported that the majority of people who travel with animals (78 percent) bring their dogs along. This is compared to 15 percent who bring cats, 3 percent who bring birds and 2 percent who bring other pets like fish and reptiles.
With as many as 10 percent of pets travelling and staying in RVs, there is a growing need to alert emergency personnel that there is an animal inside if something happens when their owner isn't around.
A simple, diamond-shaped, removable sign reading "Pet Inside. In Case of Emergency Please Rescue" could mean the difference between life and death if there was ever a fire or other problem in an RV.
The sign is brightly colored yellow and can be placed anywhere (even in a permanent home) to alert authorities to a pet's existence. It can be moved whenever needed since it uses suction cups to attach to the window.
