While RV enthusiasts are often viewed as being predominantly honest individuals, those who travel or live in an RV should take precautions to keep themselves, their vehicle and their possessions safe.

Using a product like a Portable Wedge Alarm may also be helpful.

This product wedges against a door or window to monitor unwanted entry in an RV or at home.

It features a hook and loop bottom that grips to rugs or can be used with double-stick tape pads to adhere to window frames or hard floors.

When the Portable Wedge Alarm is moved, it emits a piercing 120 decibel alarm.
