Many motorhome owners enjoy bringing their pets with them on the road, but lack the accessories to bring them along on activities, such as cycling and hiking. With the proper bike basket, travelers can give their small animal a cozy ride while exploring the trails of an RV campground.
The Pet Bicycle Basket was created to provide animals with the support and comfort they need as their owners enjoy the great outdoors. Its mesh fabric folds flat when the basket is not in use, and at only 4 pounds, the product does not weigh down the front of the bike.
"We love this basket," wrote one Camping World customer, who purchased the product years ago. "I still use it today. It has held up really well. I have two chihuahuas that I put in it at the same time and they love it. It has a tie down for one, but I hooked a double onto it and it works perfectly."
The basket easily attaches to the front of the bicycle's handlebars, and can be removed with little hassle when it is not in use. A waterproof cover is also included to provide shelter for the pet in tow under stormy conditions. With a built-in harness, RV owners can safely take their animals on the trails without worries.
