Cocoon glasses offer new solution for eyeglasses

In the past, campers who wore prescription eyeglasses had to have at least two pairs if they wanted sunglasses. They could either buy clip-on accessories that might be difficult to customize or spend a lot of money on prescription UV lenses. Either way, they would have to pause to switch pairs, which could be inconvenient if on the move. But now there is a solution that blends the advantages of both technologies.

Live Eyewear offers what they deem Cocoons Sunglasses, which are essentially UV goggles that are designed to be worn over any prescription glasses. Polarized lenses are scratch-resistant for durability, and the innovative Soft Touch frame decreases weight significantly. The frame is adjustable for comfort, and the lenses come in two different shades for different environments.

These portable sunglasses can be fastened in a snap, and can be used for any outdoor activities from skiing to camping.
