Jayco receives quality award
Jayco, one of America's largest manufacturers of RVs, is being recognized by the industry for the quality and dealer satisfaction of its vehicles.
The company received seven RV Dealers Association quality circle awards for its folding campers, designer fifth wheels, Eagle travel trailers and fifth wheels, Jay Feather lite weight travel trailer, Jay Flight travel trailers, Recon and Octane sport utility trailers and Class C motorhomes.
"Jayco's long-term goal has always been to build high quality RVs and to operate with the highest degree of integrity," said Jayco president Derald Bontrager. "We also try very hard to ensure that our dealers are an integral part of the team. We consistently focus on adding value to our products as well as adding value to our business relationship with dealers. These awards are a testament to the success of those efforts."
The awards are decided following the RVDA's annual Dealer Satisfaction Index. Each year, RVDA members rate various RV brands based on their satisfaction with eight core issues, including sales support, sales territory, vehicle design, vehicle reliability/quality, competitive price/value, parts support, dealership warranty support and overall dealer communications.
Besides Jayco, other companies who will receive awards include Coachmen, Dutchmen and Keystone.
