Portable Clothesline provides additional drying space for clothing

November 2011 RV Product Reviews by

There are some chores you just can't away from while you're traveling in an RV, regardless of the fact that your trip is meant for rest and relaxation. One of them is laundry, and it can be difficult to do if you don't have a luxurious washer and dryer installed in your RV.

Oftentimes, campers have to resort to hanging their wet clothing on lines attached to tree branches if their campsite doesn't have a public dryer. This can be irritating and time-consuming, but one product is solving this problem for travelers: the Portable Clothesline. It can be easily attached to the back of an RV to give you more space to hang your wet items after they have been cleaned.

"Our camper doesn't have a ladder so this works great. Used it for bath towels and beach items," wrote one Camping World customer. "Quick and easy to set up and take down, especially for those late day pop up thunderstorms."

The Portable Clothesline is a life-saver for those who are forced to do without a standard dryer in their RVs. This product is also ideal for campers who want extra space to hang-dry their clothing and conserve electricity.
