Support your team by 'dressing' your RV

If you're a die-hard sports fan who wouldn't think of cheering on your team without wearing its colors, there's a new product for you and your RV, car or truck.

San Diego-based company Skinit now offers NFL and college football licensed tailgate packs that include special team logo stickers to use on your vehicle.

The kits come in three sizes – for a car, light truck or SUV and RV. The company's CEO, Paul Buss, tells The Detroit News that some fans are purchasing the RV-sized kit and using it to highly decorate their regular cars.

The decals are made from 3M Controltac automotive-grade vinyl with a patented adhesive that can be removed without leaving any residue. Buss said they should last not only throughout a full sports season but as long as a year before fading.

In addition to the football stickers, Skinit also offers NASCAR packs so fans can show their support for their favorite driver.

And, if you want to know how your vehicle will look once it's decked out, the company is working on online technology so you can see your vehicle from a 360-degree vantage as it would appear in its personalized form.

Small Skinit tailgate packs cost $49.95, medium packs cost $99.95 and large packs cost $149.95.
