Winnebago launches promotion for its ERA motorhomes
Winnebago is looking to increase sales of some of its products and to put money back into consumers' pockets at the same time.
The company has announced a cash-back incentive they're calling "Dough to Go" that gives buyers $7,000 cash back when they buy a new 2009 ERA motorhome and $6,000 cash back when they buy a new 2010 ERA motorhome, according to RV Business.
"The ERA is an impressive Class B motorhome that's perfect for downsizers, weekend warriors or anyone looking for a full service RV in a compact package," said Roger Martin, Winnebago's vice president of sales and marketing. "We are pleased to offer this new 'Dough to Go' promotion to consumers looking for a compact motor home that is maneuverable, sleek and fuel efficient."
The company says the rebate is available at dealers that have chosen to take part in the promotion only and lasts through March 31. The cash back can be taken as a rebate or applied to the down payment.
Winnebago recently reported better-than-expected quarterly sales results and announced that it was ramping up production to keep up with increased demand for its products.
