TV series featuring RVers set to debut in April
A 30-minute weekly television series devoted to RVers will debut in the spring. The show named "Rollin-On" has been in the works for a while but the economic slowdown delayed production, according to MotorHome Magazine.
"For the past few months RV sales are picking up and I think people are just looking for ways to get out and enjoy family activities again - and RVing is surely a relatively inexpensive way to do that," said the show's creator, Jose Moniz, tells the magazine.
He says the show will be an entertaining and informative travel and lifestyle show. Segments will range from showcasing popular RV destinations around the country and going behind the scenes to see how state-of-the-art RVs are made to checking out what's new at trade shows and unusual ways people enjoy their RVs.
"Rollin-On" will also feature celebrities who love RVing as well as regular people enjoying the RV lifestyle. The "My RV" segment will feature three to four minute videos people send in to the show about their own personal RV use.
The program will air on stations and networks that currently carry Moniz's other show, "Boating Today TV," such as Cox Sports TV and Untamed Sports TV.
