EU2000i & Companion™ Among the most versatile, compact, lightweight and efficient portable generators on the market today, the EU200i and Companion models are also some of Honda’s most popular. Both generate 200 watts of 120-volt AC power; the EU2000i also simultaneously produces 12-volt DC power. The EU2000i offers two 20-amp/125-volt receptacles and a 12-volt/96-watt receptacle; the Companion has one 20-amp/125-volt receptacle and one 30-amp/125-volt locking receptacle.
Used individually, these generators are ideal for powering a small refrigerator, hair dryer, microwave, coffeemaker, lighting, a TV/DVD combo, a satellite antenna system and more. The EU2000i or Companion is a great choice for tent campers or small pop-up campers with minimal electronics or electric accessories. Connect two EU2000i generators in parallel using Parallel Cables #25929 for up to 4000 watts of power to run numerous accessories.
Connect an EU2000i with a Companion using the Parallel Kit #43982 [Gen-Tran product] to take advantage of the Companion’s built-in 30-amp receptacle that lets you plug in your 30-amp RV power cord using the included twist-lock adapter. This combination gives you the power plus the connection to run a 13,500 BTU RV air conditioner.
Available accessories for the EU2000i and Companion include a handy Generator Cart #49403 that rolls easily on grass and folds for storage; a DC Charging Cord #25928 that connects to the EU2000i 12-volt outlet to charge an automotive battery, and a Cover #48890 that protects your stored generator from dust and dirt.
EU3000i & Handi™
The Honda EU3000i and Handi models both produce 3000 watts of clean, sine wave power for camping, tailgating and basic home backup power. Either model is powerful enough to run a furnace, sump pump, refrigerator, microwave, most 13,500 BTU air conditioners and more. Truly versatile, both can go from a weekend at the races to a home landscaping or construction project to backup power when the weather turns ugly.
The EU3000 model is powerful yet compact, and offers convenient recoil or electric start (12-volt battery included), built-in handles that make it easy for two persons to carry and can be fitted with an optional Wheel Kit #35756 that bolts on and incorporates swivel lock front wheels and 6" rear wheels so one person can roll it where it’s needed. The EU3000i offers two 20-amp/125-volt receptacles, one 30-amp/125-volt locking receptacle and one 12-volt/144-watt receptacle.
The Handi model is the lightest 3000-watt inverter generator Honda makes at only 77.6 lbs., and comes equipped with wheels and a fold-down handle for easy portability. It’s also over 35% smaller than the EU3000i model. One of the features that makes it over 55 lbs. lighter than the EU3000i is the recoil start instead of the electric start. The Handi also features offset handles for easier lifting from the bed of your truck or a storage bay, and a convenience light right on the front control panel that makes nighttime operation hassle-free. Like the EU3000i model, the Handi offers two 20-amp/125-volt receptacles, one 30-amp/125-volt locking receptacle and one 12-volt/100-watt receptacle.
When the need for more power arises, connect two Handi models with the Parallel Cables #25929 for up to 6000 watts of power.
Options for the EU3000i and Handi include the DC Charging Cord #25928 and a Cover #48891.
EU6500iS
For plentiful power for RVing, camping, tailgating, job sites, outdoor events, home backup and more, the EU6500iS offers 120-volt or 240-volt AC power. The Voltage Selector switch lets you choose between using both 120 volts and 240 volts or 120 volts only. This makes the total generator output available through any of the 120-volt outlets, which lets you power appliances and accessories with larger wattage requirements. The voltage selector switch gives you more usable power and added flexibility.
The EU6500iS will run a large microwave, TV, computer, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, two 13,500 BTU RV air conditioners and much more. It comes with convenient recoil or electric start (12-volt battery included); a remote start kit is optional. The EU6500iS comes standard with a wheel kit and fold-down handles so it can be rolled where needed. The i-Monitor™ LCD display shows hours of operation, wattage and engine speed plus diagnostics for convenient dealer service. Electronic circuit breakers provide overload protection and are easy to reset. Convenient front-mounted receptacles include two 20-amp/125-volt, one 30-amp/125-volt locking and one 30-amp/250-volt locking.
