Portable heaters save RV owners money
As the winter begins and the temperature cools down, RV owners need to keep everyone inside warm while limiting the amount of energy used to do so. Often, motorists will purchase space heaters which, despite their small size, can provide warmth to all those inside the vehicle.
And while some people have had the same product for years, newer models not only provide more sustainable heat but are also quite a bit safer than past models. Whereas space heaters from the old days posed dangers if they were to tip over, newer products such as the Vornado Vortex Heater is far safer bet.
"Of the dozen or so heaters I tried, the Vornada was the only one that I felt really provided the most effective heat," a reviewer wrote on Camping World's website. "The only way I could describe the overall feeling I had when using the Vornado was that the heat seemed to surround me like a warm blanket, rather than blast heating me on the part of my body where the heater was aimed, which is what I felt from all the other heaters."
