Camping World awarded top rating for towable sales
Statistical Surveys has recognized Camping World as the number one seller of towable RVs in 2009.
This is the fifth consecutive year Camping World, which is the nation's largest multi-location recreation vehicle retailer, has been recognized with this award. The company was also recently ranked number one for motorized RV sales.
"As with being number one in motorized sales, the fact that we are also number one in towable sales exhibits our desire to serve the entire RV community with quality manufacturers, service and parts," said Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of FreedomRoads/Camping World. "We are very proud of this honor and all the praise goes to our associates as well as the entire RV industry for keeping consumers excited and interested in our great lifestyle."
Across all of its locations, the company sold 15,872 new and used towable RVs last year.

Statistical Surveys' awards are based solely on unit volume according to independent data gathered annually.
