RV vent cushion helps keep heat out during summer months

Keeping your RV comfortable during the warm summer months can be a challenge for some. While proper maintenance and use of the air conditioner, as well as other cooling techniques like using fans to keep the air circulating and keeping window shades or curtains closed during the afternoon to block out the sun help keep the inside of your vehicle cooler, installing vent cushions that insulate roof vents may help as well.

Vent cushions help keep the heat out during the summer and the cold out during the winter by adding extra insulation where it is needed most.

The cushions, which were voted a "Camper's Choice" item by other RV owners, fit all standard 14 inch by 14 inch vents. Their 3-inch thick foam works to insulate the vents by keeping light and heat out.

The vent cushion is easy to install and fits snugly on vents throughout the vehicle. It won't fall off while in transit and won't affect the vent's efficacy.

Some users say that they're ideal for sleeping areas since they help keep them darker while the sun is shining as well.
