RVDA to celebrate 40th anniversary at convention
The Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) will celebrate its 40th anniversary at its annual convention and expo being held in Las Vegas next week.
The anniversary celebration will be held at the organization's annual meeting on October 7.
"We've prepared a great video that depicts the people and events that shaped the RV industry since RVDA was incorporated at its first meeting in July 1970," said RVDA's Phil Ingrassia.
Ingrassia said a larger-than-usual education schedule has generated a great deal of interest and enthusiasm in this year's show.
Some of the topics that will be covered include cash flow management, using internet marketing to increase sales, understanding compliance issues and hiring top performers.
In addition, a total of 107 exhibitors will be displaying products and services at the expo.
"We are expecting between 1,000 and 1,100 people to participate in this yearss convention," Ingrassia explained. "It should be a great way to celebrate a good year for RV dealers while providing them with the information, products and services they need to make 2011 even better."
The convention takes place from October 4 through October 8 at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
