Towable trailer owners invited to FMCA reunion
The Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) recently announced that when it meets in 2011 for its Family Reunion and Motorhome Showcase, self-contained RV owners will be in attendance. Prior to this, only a select number of FMCA members and motorhome owners were invited to the event.
When it is celebrated in Georgia this coming March, self-contained RV users will also have the opportunity to attend the 85th reunion to learn more about the industry. This is the first time that towable trailers have been allowed at the event in the history of the group.
"The Georgia National Fairgrounds has become a popular place for RV rallies ... the FMCA Executive Board decided that this would be a great location to open our motorhome event to all RVs," said Judy Czarsty, FMCA national senior vice president and acting national president.
Towable trailer owners who wish to participate in the event will have to pay a non-member fee of $205 and subscribe to the Family Motor Coaching magazine for one year. The Family Reunion and Motorhome Showcase will feature a variety of events, including an RV and accessory exhibition. Informative seminars will also be held for individuals who are looking to learn more about the motorhome industry and new RV accommodations.
