The Keystone Montana 3625 5th wheel features a rear entertainment floorplan with a 40" LCD TV that raises or lowers with the touch of a button from behind an electric fireplace built into the entertainment center. The spacious living room also features a unique L-shaped sofa that converts into an air mattress-equipped bed and two swivel recliners opposite the sofa for relaxing with friends and family. The thoughtfully designed rear entertainment center also includes a computer nook on one side, complete with electrical connections, so you can take advantage of Internet access now offered at a growing number of campgrounds.

What really sets this floorplan apart from the other 10 Montana models is the Corian®-topped breakfast bar, complete with two barstools, that separates the kitchen from the living room. Offering additional storage in the cabinets below and above as well as additional kitchen counter space when needed, the handy bar can also serve as a second desk area.

The arched ceiling in a 5th wheel—a Montana exclusive—runs the entire length of the coach to create additional ceiling height, increasing the feeling of spaciousness. This is especially noticeable in the front bedroom, which can feel a little “close” in many 5th wheels. The arched ceiling adds 4" of ceiling height in the center of the room. The arch construction also adds roof strength and improves roof insulation values. Four slideouts—in the bedroom, kitchen and living/dining areas— make this easy-living 38'6" coach feel even larger than it is.

Like other Montana models, the 3625RE features welded aluminum-frame walls, floors and slideouts riding on a 10" powder coated rolled steel frame. The sidewalls are 2" laminated, gel-coated Filon™ with dual-layered luan and R-9 insulation. Roof and floor feature R-38 and R-21 insulation, respectively. The vented attic helps heat and moisture escape. Heated, insulated and enclosed water lines, dump valves and holding tanks are tested for reliable use down to 0°F. The MOR/ryde® rubber suspension system smoothes out the road for the 16" steel belted radials on heavy-duty eight-lug aluminum wheels bolted on Dexter E-Z Lube® axles. Dry weight is 12,580 lbs. with 3190 lbs. cargo capacity and 2270 lbs. hitch weight.

Outside amenities include “wide stance” front jack legs with adjustable snap jack pins, a rear hitch for a bike rack, rear roof ladder and backup lights, fold-away entry assist handle and two patio lights on separate switches. The 3625RE offers over 142 cu. ft. of total exterior storage, including an enormous front storage compartment with double doors and hooks for power cord and water hose.

Exterior options include slidetopper awnings, high gloss gel-coated fiberglass exterior, dual pane safety glass windows and MOR/ryde® hitch pin. The 3625RE can also be ordered with the Montana Big Sky package, which includes a full paint exterior in your choice of two color schemes, a six-point automatic hydraulic leveling system, G-rated radial tires and a radius one-piece fiberglass shower in place of the standard 36" garden tub.

Inside you’ll find 6'6" extra tall slideouts with roomy overhead cabinets in the living area. High-density residential carpeting covers the floor in the bedroom and living room; easy-care vinyl covers the kitchen and bathroom floors. Electronics include an FM/CD/DVD player with 5.1 surround sound and a digital RV antenna with booster. A 19" 12-volt LCD TV can be easily removed from the bedroom and mounted in the exterior pass-through storage compartment with 110-volt and 12-volt outlets, cable/satellite hook-ups and a mounting bracket.

The living area also includes a ceiling fan that helps control temperatures. True flush floor slideouts in the living area eliminate toe-stumping. Pendant light fixtures in the dining area accent the interior and provide plenty of illumination.

The bedroom and bath are on a single level, with the bathroom accessible from the hall or bedroom. The queen-size bed (a king is optional) features an innerspring pillow top mattress. There’s a hidden safe for valuables under the bed, a spacious cedar-lined front wardrobe with a shoe closet storage area. Adjacent to the wardrobe is a cabinet already prepped for a washer/dryer unit. A residential-size chest of drawers holds clothing and accessories. Handy 110-volt outlets are located near the head of the bed on both sides. Dual reading lights are located over the bed.

The bathroom offers the garden tub or optional shower with skydome, glass enclosure and adjustable height shower head. Other home-like features include a residential-style medicine cabinet and vanity, bright decorative vanity light, single lever lavatory faucet and porcelain toilet.

In the kitchen, you’ll find an eight cubic foot double door refrigerator with raised hardwood panels to match the rest of the cabinetry. A 12 cubic foot four door refrigerator is optional. The high output range with 22" oven and broiler await your favorite recipes; a convection microwave with range hood is optional. A built-in pantry between the stove and refrigerator provides handy food storage. The L-shaped Corian® countertop gives you plenty of food prep space plus a large double sink. A booth dinette in place of the freestanding table and chairs is an option.

The 3625RE is designed for easy set-up and winterizing, with a central exterior convenience center which includes a 12-volt light, handheld shower, winterizing connections, black tank flush port, enclosed low point drains, city water connection, power tank fill and cable/two satellite hookups. Fresh water capacity is 66 gallons; grey water, 93 gallons and black water, 50 gallons. Plug into 50-amp shore power with a detachable marine-type power cord. A 35,000 BTU furnace and a 15,000 BTU air conditioner maintain interior comfort; the bedroom is prewired for an optional 13,500 BTU ducted air conditioner. Other options include a central vacuum system, FanTastic® fan/vent, 5.5 KW propane generator, sofa table and an end table with lamp.
