Tabletop oven a good choice for RV cooking

Deciding which portable kitchen appliances to bring while taking an RV trip can be a challenge. After all, you want to bring items that aren't too big but provide a range of uses in order to maximize space.

A tabletop oven may provide a great on-the-go option for RVers who enjoy a home-cooked meal while traveling.

This portable halogen oven does the work of many appliances - grilling, broiling, roasting, steaming and frying - all in one. A powerful internal fan circulates hot air to cook food uniformly and seal in natural juices for full flavor and aroma.

It also cooks up to 50 percent faster and is 75 percent more energy efficient than conventional ovens.

The oven features simple-to-use dials and temperature settings as well as a dishwasher-safe glass body. It holds up to 12 quarts, and items can be stacked inside for dual use at the same time (broiling on top, baking on bottom).

In addition, the oven comes with a cookbook featuring more than 30 recipes to make your next meal delicious and easy.
