Since an RV doesn’t offer a great deal of storage, having a collection of full sized appliances isn’t practical. That doesn’t mean you don’t want to have the use of a few tools when you head out on the road.
A knife is fine for some tasks, but when it comes to blending a pot of soup, that knife is likely to be useless. A miniaturized food processor or a stick blender will do the job admirably. They take up little space, but can do a big job.
Another good tool to have along is an electric hot pot. You don’t have to heat up your stove to get a cup of tea or coffee, and some even offer the option of boiling eggs or steaming food on a special rack.
