Had to grind mine slightly with a dremel to make it fit. Fits fine now. Discovered the key blanks aren't very standard if you ever want to cut an extra key. Pro's - easy to install and foolproof against bolt cutters.

I bought a new a-line camping trailer from Camping World. When going through the store to get a few things we needed, the salesman recommended the block-head hitch lock, and said we should get the one that fits 2" to 2 1/2 " ball, in case we decided to get a larger trailer later. It is easy to put on- just slip it over the hitch, press up on the locking post on the bottom, and press the lock in. However, the block did not fit tightly, and wiggled around a lot. After getting it parked in the driveway and locked up, we were walking around putting things in storage, etc, and bumped against it and it fell off onto the ground! No use whatsoever! We returned it to our local Camping World, and exchanged for the next smaller size. That one did not have a large enough slot to fit around the flange on the hitch. It went back, too. We are currently using a pin lock - lock down the hitch as though it's on a ball, and put the pin lock through. It will keep "honest people" from stealing it. The pin is so small a hacksaw could get thru in a minute. The only real way to keep a trailer is to put a boot on it and even then, a person could haul it up onto a roll-back and away you go. I am still trying to figure out what to do to secure our little trailer.
Cons: Fell off when I bumped it with my leg
