I have only used the jack twice, and so far I am happy with it. The only downfall I found is it is pretty slow, and I wish it had an adjustable foot on it for different heights.

The jack is kind of a SLOW MOVING jAck. But does a good job just wish faster. Very easy to install

The Electric Jack was a easy bolt in from the old one . Due to the trailer style [open flat deck] the manufacturer cut off the power lead in the cord ,and this resulted in having to buy a new 7 pin connector cord . Other than that the install was easy.
