The fan took about 2 weeks to be delivered. Product arrived missing two of the blade hangers, called the company and they will ship ASAP. (I hope) Install went fairly well, but while the instuctions come with the fan it is easier to print and use larger copy from the computer. The instructions from the computer do not follow any order, be careful. Other than that the fan looks good and works well, (even with only two blades). The slow speed is pretty fast, but I think this is normal for smaller bladed fans.
