Product makes the world of difference in raising and lowering trailer hitch. Installation was easy. The only improvement needed is arrows to indicate up and down.

This jack was very easy to install on my Hi-Lo Classic and I should have done it years ago so that I could have been enjoying the ease of hooking up my load leveler bars and leveling the trailer on camp site. I really like the light feature that is very handy when hooking up or unhooking in the dark. Good value for the price.

I have been very happy with this jack. I installed it myself, and it was a breeze. By lowering the adjustable foot, I don't need to put any blocks under the jack to raise the hitch off the ball. I also don't have any clearance issues with the tailgate on my 3/4 ton Suburban.

Why I waited a single day to ever buy this product is beyond me. I purchased 3/4 of the way through this camping season and have used it on 2 trips as well as around the house while relocating the trailer a few times. Should have purchased one when I got the trailer to begin with. I over sized and went with the 4k so I could use it on a bigger trailer in the future. Not only is it faster than hand jamming the old jack, it's much easier and makes that part of the process so much more enjoyable. Installation was very easy in my opinion. You will need a few butt-connecters (yellow) and a few battery terminal connecters to complete the installation. Instructions were very clear and to the point in my opinion, I don't need a 4 page instruction on how to wire up a 12V power and ground wire though. Great product, no problems so far with it, would highly recommend.

Has been good so far. I read in a review before I bought it that if mounted in the forward position you may not be able to have the tailgate down on your truck so I took the reviewers advice and rotated it to the drivers side of the truck and it works perfectly. Had to go to the hardware store for electrical connections or I would have rated it a 5.

I wanted to have levelers on my class C. MHI use the jacks on the rear bumper by the frame extension. They are working very well.

Easy install, works great, price was right. As advertised. I have a heavy Toy Hauler and the jack goes up and down just like the ad said. The light works fine. When the truck is hitched it will raise my F250 to make attaching the load equalizer bars a breeze and that's a big PLUS!

Hardest part might be getting your old jack off. Once your bolts are off try twisting the old jack, then tap your old jack up from the bottom. Trying to pry it off puts uneven pressure on the tube making it difficult to raise up from the hole. This jack is supposed to fit a 2.25 diameter hole, but it's tight. I used a hand held drum grinder to polish the hole a bit to get the jack to drop in. You may have to use a mallet to get it to seat properly. I recommend you buy some new bolts as this unit says to use the old ones. I coat my bolts with a bit of grease to keep the holes from rusting. You'll also need to buy an 8 ga butt connector and 2- 8 ga ring terminals (probably 5/16) to hook up to your battery. Grab some zip ties to run the wires to your battery. The wiring was long enough to get me to my battery. Unit come with a 30A in line fuse (you install with butt connector) and a socket for manual operation. Mounting the unit sideways (so the motor faces the drivers side) gave me the clearance I needed to open my tailgate. Only problem now is, cranking my trailer up and down was the only exercise I got. Guess I'll have to join a gym.

Why did I wait so long to get this? 4000 lb may be a bit much but my trailer is heavy. I like the idea of the light but I don't usually hookup in the dark. This jack is slow going up and down but since I'm not the one cranking I'm good with the speed. Lots of torque, little speed, just a warning. The adjustable foot is nice too. Seams a little flimsy but I haven't bent it yet.
