    Saving my investment

I've had 3 TT in the past and did not spend time/money to help preserve the exterior like I should. Now I'm into a 32' Fleetwood Storm. And let's be honest, RV's are not cheap. I figured a little extra cash for a cover wouldn't hurt. I'm very happy that I have something to cover my RV after I wash it. It helps keeps all the bird droppings, grass clippings, and dust/dirt residue off it until in between excursions. Putting it one the first time can be a challenge. IMO it's actually inside out. So you need to open it up all the way, turn it inside out, then cover the RV. It's also heavy. I'd say it weighs about 45-55lbs and can be a challenge getting it on top of the RV. But once it's there the rest is fairly easy. Work from front to back. I think the hardest part is trying to keep the swim noodle parts on the sharp edges.

Very good product as described. Took about an hour to install the first time with just my wife and me. Important to pad sharp areas before installing -- walked around the RV to identify those areas to be padded in advance. Product is sturdy, but will rip in areas that encounter sharp edes so prep is important. Very pleased so far. Would recommend this product.

Make your Covers even more customer friendly

The cover is great but here is a suggestion. First the cover should be folded inside out with the front labeled on the inside of the cover. Because the Front Label that you placed placed on a piece of paper shrink wrapped over the cover falls off when the cover is unwrapped. Secondly putting cover inside out makes it easier to put on the RV the first time as usually one or two people are putting it on and doesn't need to be on top of an RV trying to turn the cover over to put it in, You already explain that the cover should be stowed inside-out for the next application. This is a great product, but I want to see how it lasts over the winter months.

This is our first time buying a cover. I did watch a video on how to install the cover, and glad I did. It was very easy to install and the two of us did it very quickly..The straps are in the right places, love the venting on the sides. The material is light so we are hoping it will hold up through the winter.

This is the second Adco cover I've purchased. Had the first one for 4yrs. This new cover appears to be a better design and stronger than my first. Purchased to use while motor home is in storage in Florida. Am hoping it will hold up against the winter winds.

    Winter Protection

    April 10, 2013
This was the first year our RV had to sit outdoors all winter so we decided to use the RV cover. This year Wisconsin's winter was brutal and long. It did protect the RV so far (it's the middle of April and winter's not over yet this year.), but there are tears in the cover. We don't expect it can be relied upon for another full winter in the elements. We tested it to the max and discovered it's limits.

    Problem with packaging/product identifier

I purchased this cover for my 35' Winnebago Adventurer. With a ladder on back it is about 35' 8 in length. I felt the 34'-37' cover would be perfect. I still have an extra 2 feet on the front and back that allows for a lot of movement with the wind. One of the anchor straps pulled free from the stitching the first time we installed it. The box stated the item was for a Class A motorhome but yet when we opened the package both the paperwork and the markings on the cover itself indicated this was for a Class C. It was a bit confusing but fit none-the-less. It has not been on the unit long enough to comment on durability. This is the second ADCO cover we have purchased and the weighted extensions provided to attach to the tie-down strap and toss under the vehicle were a very nice addition. Crawling under the unit when installing the last cover was very difficult and at times painful.

    ADCO Tyvek RV Cover

The quality of this product is Very high , as expected, and the sale price exceptional! The length of 34 - 37 fits my 34 ft M.H. However, my class A is a 1985 , and is much lower amd narrower than the later models. Therefore, there is about a 1 &1/2 ft excess on the ground on both sides. Therefore I cannot use it. Other than the excess overhang it is a great cover.

I've been using RV covers for almost 25 years for 3 different coaches. I have been through several brands and found that ADCO makes the best product by far. The fit and features beat the competition hands down. The other brands lasted from 6 months to 2 years. The ADCO covers lasted for 3-4 years when exposed to Southern California elements. Customer service has been outstanding.

The cover worked and fit just fine but I was not expecting the made in China labeling. Can't you find one made in the USA? Or at least notify your customers before they buy.

Nice cover, fits well, reinforced where needed, straps hold the bottom of the cover tightly for wind purposes. Looks great too!! The throwing weights to get the end of the straps under your motor home to the other side are very helpful!!

    Tyvek RV Cover

The fit and design are great. The quality of sewing and lack of zippered openings however has me concerned, long term. The container bag even had an area of about six inches that was not sewed at all and the cover has several areas that have been sewed over to reinforce bad stitching. I also wish it had a zipper in the area of the ladder as my other covers have had, to make it more safe when climbing the ladder with the cover on. It can be dangerous putting your foot in the ladder with the cover installed and covering it.

    My Winnie Cover

This is my second ADCO cover. My first was for a Class C Winnebago which I gave with the Class C when I traded for a new Winnebago Class A. They both are quality covers and do a great job in protecting our pride and joy. My first cover received some damage so I contacted ADCO and they sent me repair material very quickly at no charge. This is a great company to deal with which is very refreshing in this day and age. Camping World picked a great vendor to provide their customers with a fantastic product.

It appears that there has been a slight redesign and upgrade from the same product I purchased 4 years ago. I had no problem covering my RV with this product. Total setup time was approximately 45 minutes and I did it alone. The quality of my prior cover was somewhat questionable and over time suffered several tears. This one appears to have a slightly higher grade of material in the sides and I look forward to several seasons with it.

    Pretty good

The cover works well except the strap ends are not sewn well; they need reinforcement. Additionally, the cover has two holes in it because when the wind blew here, the cover allowed itself to be punctured; one puncture is where the generator exhaust pipe comes out; the other is above the driver's door atop the roof; some sort of protrusion. We were surprised that the material tore, as we thought that Tyvek would be stronger.

    Nice cover, bad instructions

    October 25, 2011
My cover arrived without the DVD and instruction sheet. My friend's cover had all items included. He bought his from a local RV dealer. I got my cover from Camping world. They were the same price. Dealer matched Camping World. After several calls, I got the instruction sheet as a JPG file. Leaves a little bit to desire from legibility. I had to wait a bit of time before Campers World got me the DVD. ADCO said they did not have any. The DVD covers an older model which has ropes and not staps. Instructions were vague about tension and location for strps. Cover had to be unrolled on a clean surface to set it up properly to haul ontop the roof and flip the sides and front over the edge. Yes I got it on. Yes it does cover. Not sure the proper way to work it so the zipppers are available to access unit without unhooking many of the bottom straps. I hope the cover is of good quality and lasts. My friend (who also bought one) and I will figure out the proper installation from trial and error.

    Expensive waste

This is my third cover in 6 years. I put it on today, 7 Oct 09. Now for the price it should hold up, nope, strap holder already came off. Cheap chinese sewing I guess. Theall of the straps are not put on using a heavy duty thread. And they only sew it in two places. Looks like another expensive money give away for something that is overpriced and not made to last! I will be back in the spring to tell you how it lasted over the winter. If as I expect, it will be torn and the straps will be pulled out of the material! The DVD that comes with it is a JOKE!
