On January 23rd I posted a review on this product failure. I later logged onto Valterra's web site and posted my complaint as well. Within one day, they offered me a new replacement that showed up in five days. Valterra stepped up, and I need to set the record from my previous post. It's nice to see a company stand behind thier products.

Save you money on this regulator -- it willl not perform as suggested. Mine today shows 80 PSI at the coach inlet (after a filter) and the RV park water system PSI is between 68 and 70 PSI. Bought it at Camping World. Another $50 I threw away.

We fulltime in our RV. I purchased this reg. a year ago & it has never worked right. If you set the reg. at 45# with water turned on in the Rv then shut off the water in the RV the presure jumps up to 80# to much for RV water lines. If you set the presure with the water off in the rv then go to use, the water presure drops & you have no Volume. I have fooled with this thing for a year, just don't work right. I have got it to work for a few days at a time then it's right back to acting up. Great when it works but don't waste your time. For the price it should work.

I bought this a few months ago and it has never worked correctly. No matter how you turned the screw on top it read 60psi and then rust appeared in the gauge.. Stay clear of this one!!!!

I wrote the review "A Rip Off". Since then I was contacted by the factory rep. of Valterra Adjustable Water Regulator. I was sent a replacement to try. I will report my finding after trying a different regulator. I was pleasantly suprised and appreciated the quick response from Valterra.
