My Birthday Gift

April 15, 2013
For my 75th birthday my wife gave me a very small gift box to open. Inside was a photo of a red single-speed folding bike and the message it is in the mail. A couple of days later it arrived. I had no problem putting it together. It has been a joy to ride around the neighborhood and 2 weeks ago it went on its first camping trip with me. The only problem I have had is that the seat would slip down while I was riding. I found a clamp that seems to have solved that problem.

This one word Excellent is just the that. The produce description is the correct, it is easy to set up. No need for assembly. The right side pedal. lays flat against the bike. Pulling up on it unfolds and snaps out. Ingenious. No need to screw on the pedals as was the case with previous folding bikes I owned. I'm over 60 yrs old and 6 foot tall and this bike is a breeze to ride. Riding thru partial sandy and grass soil and no problem.Tires inflate to 50 PSI. For everyday roaming around the camp ground it's great.

I purchased this bike for my 11 year old son 3 months ago since we didn't have a bike rack on our RV. He loves it and gets a lot of use out of it!!! My husband who is 6'2 can also ride it. Very happy with this purchase!

Folding Bike fun

I like the simple design with no gears to worry with. I have rode it many miles around the RV parks and in downtown metro areas . It is good for riding a bus into town and riding around congested areas. It is not an off road bike. If you weigh more than 180 lbs I would recomend a larger bike like the folding cruiser. It will hold the weight but the handle bars are not as strong as a regular bike and flex a bit. I like the small size when folded. It fits into a small car trunk or in the back seat. They have a vinyl case to buy so you won't snag your car seat when hauling inside the car. It also has fenders so you don't have to worry about small puddles. It is easy and fun to ride.
