I have had an Aero Shield for several years. Not sure it helps with mileage (I have a 7.4L engine) but keeps bugs, etc., off the trailer and anything on top of the camper shell. Relatively easy to install and remove. It does rattle against the roof of my 2000 Chevy 2500 crew cab which can be annoying (but not enough to design a cushion for under the shield.) and will allow a little drip in the cab from rain at times. If you want to try one I would recommend this for the price.

Not good to use on a Toyota Tundra

When we first purchased this item we were driving a Dodge Ram Quadcab. The deflector shield worked great. It was easy to install and helped with gas milage. It fit securely since the Ram had gutters. We traded in our Ram for a Toyota Tundra Crewmax. We ordered
the additional hooks from the manufacturer. When we installed the deflector on the Toyota, one of the hooks kept popping off. After finally getting it secured, we set out for our trip. About 30 miles into the trip while driving into a head wind, the whole deflector shield came flying off the Toyota. Fortunately, it only dented our trailer and no one was
driving in the lane next to us or they would have been hit. The hooks that are
recommended for the Toyota do not work well. The Toyota does not have a gutter system so the hooks did not have a secure place to grip.
