Received missing parts and some damage also. Camping World were very easy to work with. They promptly sent me a new one and picked up the old one. Love the lightweight of the aluminum, however this stabilizer was almost too short for my fifth wheel. It did fit and so far it is doing what it is supposed to do. Would recommend to other RVers to also use a step jack for their entry steps. The two combined really stabilize the RV.

I like this item, once you figure out the best way to wrangle the legs into place using the chain, you are set. Just turn the cup with the convient handles until the unit is as high (stable) as you want it to be. Add the lock and you are done. Breakdown and storage is a snap.
