Have had the toilet for about 3 years. Love the china bowl but have had nothing but problems with the seal. Replaced three times & still a problem. Ball valve barely engages the seal & before long bowl won't hold water for more than a few minutes. Thetford has never been much help and for the cost, not worth the trouble. Looking to change to a Sealand china model.
